General terms and conditions

Booking of Funevents are made by online booking or telephone contact.

Types of payment

• Dankort: You can pay with Dankort without any transaction fee. Payment must be made within 48 hours of booking.
  If you do not pay online during booking, you must log in to your booking account and complete the payment within 48 hours of booking.
  If there are less than 8 days to date of event, payment must be made within 2 hours!
  If you cancel within the deadline of our terms, the amount will automatically be refunded to the Dankort you used when paying.

• Credit card: You can pay with foreign credit cards. Payment must be made within 48 hours of booking.
  Transaction fee for company credit cards is equal to our costs from NETS. Private credit cards has no transaction fee.
  If you do not pay online during booking, you must log in to your booking account and complete the payment within 48 hours of booking.
  If there are less than 8 days to date of event, payment must be made within 2 hours!
  If you cancel within the deadline of our terms, the amount will automatically be refunded to the card you used when paying.
  Card transaction fees will not be refunded.
  

• MobilePay: You can pay with MobilePay without any transaction fee. Payment must be made within 48 hours through MobilePay online or transfer booking amount to MobilePay No. 13717.
  If there are less than 8 days to date of event, payment must be made within 2 hours!
  If you cancel within the deadline of our terms, the amount will automatically be refunded to the mobile you used when paying.

• Invoice: Business customers can pay with Card online or via invoice.
  Unless you have a B2B company agreement with SuperEvent, the conditions for payment will be 5 days from booking. Bookings with less than 3 weeks to event date must be paid within 2 days.
  Administration fee is DKK 200,- incl. VAT.

• EAN/Electronic invoice: Bookings can also be paid via EAN number & electronic invoice, which will be sent electronic to you.
  The payment deadline will be as soon as possible and will follow the conditions for each municipality / region etc.
  Administration fee is DKK 200,- incl. VAT.

• If payment are not received within deadline as above your booking will be deleted.
  Contact us for an agreement regarding special payment terms, if the total booking amount exceeds DKK 5000, -.

Cancellation

According to the Danish “Act on Certain Consumer Contracts § 17 paragraph. 2 see. § 9 paragraph. 2 no. 2a” the purchase of entertainment events are NOT covered by the right for cancellation.

Special conditions concerning cancellation or change of time:

Bookings made less than 3 weeks before the event date is binding and can not be canceled or modified.Cancellation of booked time must be done online at your account within 21 days before the event (it is NOT enough to call / write with a cancellation).By cancellation 7-21 days prior to the event a fee of 25% of the invoice amount (min. 500, – in administration fee).In case of cancellation 3-7 days prior to the event a fee of 50% of the invoice amount (min. 500, – in administration fee).In case of cancellation 1-3 days before or the day of the event is booked for, retained the entire invoice amount. Do you want to change or delete your booked time in current terms, please do so by logging into your account in our booking system and make the changes.

Support regarding booking:

If you want to make a booking with less than 2 days to the event, it is not possible to book online and you will need to write us an e-mail or call our booking office on tel .: +45 3871 1717

If you need to make a program or if you can not find available times in the online calendar, you are always welcome to contact our customer support in our office hours, which is every weekday at. 10-16, on the phone: +45 3871 1717.

Gift Certificates:

Gift certificates have a validity of 3 years from issue. There is no right of cancellation on gift card purchases.
